Grown by smallholder farmers at high altitude and processed using the washed method, it develops clarity and structure in the cup.

Roasted to a medium level, it delivers notes of brown sugar, raisins and cherry, with a clean, black tea-like finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

After drying on rooftops at origin, the coffee is carefully milled and quality checked in Antigua before export, ensuring consistency and reliability.
