Characteristics: Medium bodied and Bright, with notes of Brown Sugar, Raisins and Cherry, with a black tea lingering mouthfeel. Perfect for sipping throughouy the day! 

Further Information: Cherry is picked ripe and wet processed by the smallholder. Wet parchment is dried on flat rooftops of the houses. Dried parchment is collated and shipped south to Antigua where Los Volcanes Dry mill is located. Here it undergoes a rigorous final QC process before bagging for export.
