Hot Chocolate 60% Cocoa with Vanilla

In one product you have everything you need to enrich your dishes or make a delicious drinking chocolate. It has a high cocoa content (60%), corn flour (suitable for coeliacs) and a natural aromatic touch of vanilla.

Drinking chocolate: when made with water it is creamy and bright, with a high cocoa intensity. When made with milk, it produces a smoother flavor.

For cooking: ideal for pastries and interiors of coulants.

Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cornstarch, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin), Natural Vanilla aroma and Vanilla Bourbon powder. Cocoa: 60% minimum.
