Hot Chocolate 70% with Chilli & Pepper

In one product you have everything you need to enrich your dishes or make a delicious drinking chocolate. It has a high cocoa content (70%), corn flour (suitable for coeliacs) and spicy aromas of chili and pepper.

Drinking chocolate: when made with water it is creamy and bright, with a high cocoa intensity. When made with milk, it produces a smoother flavor.

For cooking: ideal to give flavour, shine and texture to sauces.

Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cornstarch, Cocoa butter, Spices (Jamaica Pepper, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper), Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin). Cocoa: 70% minimum.
