Description: Monsoon Malabar is a truly distinctive coffee from the Malabar Coast of India, known for its unique monsooning process and mellow flavour profile.

During this process, the beans are exposed to monsoon rains and winds over several months, causing them to swell and lose acidity while developing their characteristic depth and earthiness.

Roasted light, it delivers a heavy-bodied and aromatic cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, walnut and earthy richness, all without bitterness.

This is the lightest roast in the range, offering a smooth, mellow and low-acidity coffee that stands apart from more traditional profiles.

Available as whole beans or ground and freshly roasted in Aberdeen.
