Matcha Bowl "Sachiko"

Our Japanese matcha bowl “Sachiko” shows that true beauty is often found within. The interior features a striking reactive glaze with a carefully detailed unalome spiral motif. In Buddhist and Hindu symbolism, the unalome represents the path of life and the journey toward freedom and clarity. Set against the deep black porcelain, the design stands out and gives each bowl a distinctive, thoughtful character.

The bowl is shaped for comfortable matcha preparation and drinking. Add about 1 g of matcha powder per 100 ml of water, pour in water at around 80°C, and whisk with a bamboo whisk for about 15 seconds until a fine foam/Micro foam forms. The bowl holds up to 300 ml, making it ideal for a full serving of matcha.

Crafted from Japanese porcelain, each bowl is unique due to the reactive glaze finish. It comes packed in its own gift box, making it a beautiful choice for personal use or as a meaningful present for matcha lovers.
