Description: Elimbari A is a distinctive single origin coffee from the highlands of Papua New Guinea, grown by smallholder farmers in the mountainous Chuave district.

Carefully washed and dried after harvest, this lot produces a clean and balanced cup with layers of chocolate cream, bright grapefruit, soft caramel sweetness and crisp green apple acidity.

Smooth in body with a lively finish, it offers both richness and freshness in equal measure.
