Characteristics: Sweet and bright with notes of cherry, mango, cacao and berries.
Further Information: This coffee is a small microlot grown in volcanic soil on the west facing slopes of the 'Santa Luz' estate in Nicaragua. The cherries are picked by hand when very ripe, before being dried at consistently low temperatures in order to develop the coffee's uniquely fruity characteristics.
