Characteristics: A lovely green tea suitable for every occasion, Sencha is a flat, large-leaved, somewhat brittle tea. It is rich in Vitamin C and offers a higher caffeine content than Bancha. Greenish-yellow in the cup with a soft, slightly sweet taste. Mild, grassy and fragrant.
