Ethiopia - Mocha Sidamo
Process: Washed
Altitude: 1600 - 1900m
Roast: Light
Characteristics: Delicate lemon, caramel and citrus notes complemented by a light body and gentle acidity with a nutty and floral aroma. Mild, fragrant and complex.
Known as the 'birthplace of coffee', Ethiopia has a reputation for producing high-grown and high-quality beans. In particular, the regions of 'Sidamo', 'Yirgacheffe' and 'Limu' are well-renowned for their washed-processed coffees, with fragrant floral, citrus and tea-like flavours naturally occurring in abundance.

Roast: Medium
Characteristics: This beautiful coffee boasts notes of chocolate, cherry and cranberry with a creamy body and red-wine acidity. A clean cup with a good mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste.
Famed for its quality and fertility of the soil, the 'Tegu Factory' wet mill is situated in the Nyeri district which sits at the foothills between Mount Kenya to the north east, and the Aberdare range to the west. It is run by the 'Tekangu Farmers Cooperative Society' which was founded in 1969 and today claims 1200 members and spans across 5 villages.

Roast: Medium
Characteristics: A bittersweet chocolate overtone gives way to a fresh sweetness, with notes of stonefruits, raisins and toffee.
